Master's degree in Bilingual Education: This has taught me the importance of clear communication and understanding how people learn and interact with information. In web design and UX/UI, this means I can create intuitive interfaces that guide users through a seamless experience, making sure your digital presence is both accessible and engaging.

General Assembly certification in UX/UI Design: Equipped me with the technical skills to translate user needs into effective design solutions. I use Figma and am proficient in user research and synthesis, conducting user interviews, user personas, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, data analysis, iterating, information architecture, and presentation skills, ensuring that every project is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
